House Rules
* Please No Hair Dying
* Quiet time begins at 10 pm nightly.
* If you smoke ANYTHING inside the suite you will be charged $350 + $50 per incident.
* No parties or gatherings. Any person in the suite above the registered amount will result in a $25 per person per night fee.
* Check-out is 11:00 am 7 days a week. If you fail to check out on time you will be charged a $30 late check out fee. If you are still holding the unit by 1 pm you will be charged an additional night at regular rate. These charges and fees do not award you the property for that time. These charges and fees are penalties for house rules violations.
* All pet excrement must be picked up immediately. All pets must be walked on a leash at all times. No barking dogs. Barking will cause a major problem for our guests. If your dog(s) create a noise problem for other guests you may be ask to check-out.
* Staining, misusing, damaging or stolen property will result in you being charged for the item(s).
* Maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
* Never tamper with the smoke alarms.
*Pets are not allowed on the furniture. This will stain the linens and result in ruined materials.* Pet hair removal from bedding and/or furniture will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee.
