We often have a short wait list and do not guarantee when a room will be available because guests in good standing can stay as long as they need and are not required to leave.
Prices range depending on the room availability.
$280-$350 per week+ $100 Deposit.

Standard room requirements and policies
This is not a complete list of policies and guest guidelines but just some top ones a guest may most ask about.
The standard rooms are not apartments. They contain 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
- 2 person maximum occupancy
- $100 room deposit
- No pets
- Guest must maintain a valid credit/debit card on file during the duration of the stay.
- We do not accept cash.
- Must have valid ID
- Minimum 4 week stay
These rooms are not apartments, guests are not tenants and DO NOT have tenant rights. We reserve the right to refuse service at any point and reserve the right to ask a guest to leave.
